Forestry Associates, Inc. was developed to provide landowners, both industrial and private, with important services of aerial herbicide application, control burning and reforestation. With fifteen years’ experience, Forestry Associates provides complete turn-key Silvicultural services.

Forestry Associates inspects the tract of land post-harvest and makes recommendations for the best herbicide combinations to control unwanted vegetation/competition that best fits each landowner needs.

After the herbicide application (ground or aerial) is completed, the control burns are scheduled (if applicable). Once herbicides have taken effect, a certified control burn manager will create a burn plan. Under specified controlled conditions, Forestry Associates will conduct a control burn to clear and prepare the tract for the reforestation process.

Forestry Associates is well diversified and experienced in the reforestation process. Hand or machine reforestation process can be completed from seedling pick-up / delivery to planting. A Forestry Associates representative will oversee the reforestation process and provide documented inspection reports to ensure a quality planting job.

Forestry Associates was developed to help make the Silvicultural process easier for the individual landowners. From timberland management, timber evaluation, timber sales and cruising, no job is too small or too large.
