JoAnn Taylor has worked alongside Shelby since the beginning. As a working mother, JoAnn regularly managed logistics, payroll and office administration. Mrs. Taylor continues to run day-to-day operations at Shelby Taylor Trucking. She is known to all her employees as "Boss Lady".
